ELENA PARASKEVA 曾被四个不同、知名的国际摄影学会评为年度摄影师（2024/2023/2021/2018）。
她是 HASSELBLAD MASTERS、WORLD MASTERS OF PHOTOGRAPHY、LENSCULTURE、AESTHETICA、PRIX DE LA PHOTOGRAPHIE PARIS 等学会的校友。
她在纽约、巴黎、東京、伦敦、迪拜、维也纳、巴塞罗那、慕尼黑、吉隆坡（马来西亚）、佛罗伦萨、法兰克福、马拉加（西班牙）、林茨（奥地利）、格拉茨（奥地利）、锡耶纳（意大利）等地的知名画廊及双年展上展出。

她甚至在布鲁塞尔的欧洲议会展出作品，并在纽约时代广场以海报形式展出。参与公共机构收藏中，最具代表性的是美国波士顿儿童医院，其儿童癌症病区入口处挂着她的长达500厘米的作品。
