Ideal with first courses and red meats such as hare and wild boar. Produced in only 2000 bottles by the master winemaker Michel Rolland.
Characteristics: the nose is compact with hints of black currant, graphite and touches of geranium. On the palate it is extremely fresh with salty and citrus tannins.
