ELENA PARASKEVA被四个不同的国际知名摄影学会评为2024/2023/2021/2018年度摄影师。
她是Hasselblad Masters、World Masters Of Photography、LensCulture、Aesthetica、Prix De La Photographie Paris等机构的校友，自2021年起担任佛州摄影艺术博物馆（FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS）的评审嘉宾。

她曾在布鲁塞尔的欧洲议会以及纽约、巴黎、东京、伦敦、迪拜、维也纳、巴塞罗那、慕尼黑、吉隆坡（马来西亚）、佛罗伦萨、法兰克福、马拉加（西班牙）、林茨（奥地利）、格拉茨（奥地利）、锡耶纳（意大利）等地的双年展和知名画廊展出。

她作品最近一次被瑞典 Västra Götaland 政府公共艺术部收藏。在持有其作品的公共机构中，最具代表性的是美国波士顿医院，其儿童癌症病房入口处展出了一件长达500cm的作品。
