Märklin H0 — 37650 Diesel-Hydraulic Shunting Locomotive Class V 60 — Deutsche Bundesbahn (DB)
As new, never operated on a layout. Close to mint condition but some light storage ageing to the outer box consistent with long-term collection storage. No longer in production — a rare collectible in excellent condition. Complete with original packaging and documentation. Tested for this listing.
Diesel-hydraulic shunting locomotive representing the Deutsche Bundesbahn (DB) class V 60 in Era III livery, as the locomotive appeared in original service. The class V 60 (later redesignated class 260/360) was built from 1955 onwards and became one of the most widely used shunting locomotives on the German Federal Railroad, with several hundred units in service across the entire DB network for yard shunting and light freight duties.
