πJS alias Stephen Joannon (Artist, Gallerist, Exhibition curator, Music critic…)
A versatile visual artist and conduit of forms, presents ROBBIT: a series of colorful sculptures, a playful homage to the worlds of Barry Flanagan, Jeff Koons and Kaws, guided by the electronic motifs of Herbie Hancock — particularly Rockit (1983), from which its name derives. Created in Tourrettes-sur-Loup in collaboration with an exceptional craftsman, the collection comprises four silhouettes, each subsequently hand-painted in strictly unique variations.
A poem of metal and matter, ROBBIT blends pop audacity with playful gentleness: a sculptural presence that strikes with its chromatic optimism and visual melody. These pieces, designed to engage the gaze and complement contemporary collections, are produced in limited editions — an invitation to acquire the work before its disappearance.
