ELENA PARASKEVA 曾被4个不同且卓越的国际摄影学会评为年度摄影师（2024/2023/2021/2018）。
她是 Hasselblad Masters、World Masters Of Photography、LensCulture、Aesthetica、Prix De La Photographie Paris 等机构的校友，自2021年以来也担任佛罗里达州摄影艺术博物馆（FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS）的受邀评审。

她在布鲁塞尔欧洲议会展出过作品，并在纽约、巴黎、东京、伦敦、迪拜、维也纳、巴塞罗那、慕尼黑、吉隆坡（马来西亚）、佛罗伦萨、法兰克福、马拉加（西班牙）、林茨（奥地利）、格拉茨（奥地利）、锡耶纳（意大利）等地的双年展和知名画廊展出。

她最近一次作品被瑞典 Västra Götaland 政府的公共艺术部收藏。在收藏机构中，最具特色的是美国波士顿医院，其儿童癌症病房入口处展出长达500cm 的作品。
