A Bronze Penannular Bracelet, Hallstatt Culture, Central Europe, circa 12th - 8th Century B.C.

Elegant bronze penannular bracelet crafted from a thick, rounded rod with slightly thickened terminals. The piece displays a fine green patina with areas of lighter encrustation. Its simple yet well-executed form is characteristic of personal adornment from the Late Bronze Age to Early Iron Age transition.
Bracelets of this type are strongly associated with the Hallstatt culture (proto-Celtic), widely distributed across Central Europe. They were common status symbols worn by both men and women in elite contexts.
