ELENA PARASKEVA 曾被四家国际知名摄影学会评为年度摄影师（2024/2023/2021/2018）。
她是 Hasselblad Masters、World Masters Of Photography、LensCulture、Aesthetica、Prix De La Photographie Paris 等机构的校友，并自2021年起担任 FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS 的资深评委。

她在布鲁塞尔的欧洲议会以及纽约、巴黎、东京、伦敦、迪拜、维也纳、巴塞罗那、慕尼黑、吉隆坡（马来西亚）、佛罗伦萨、法兰克福、马拉加（西班牙）、林茨（奥地利）、格拉茨（奥地利）、锡耶纳等地的双年展和知名画廊都曾展出。

她近期的作品被瑞典 Västra Götaland 政府公共艺术部收藏。在众多公立机构中，最具特殊意义的是美国波士顿儿童医院，在其儿童癌症病房入口处展出她作品的500cm装置。

Elena Paraskeva 被 Saatchi Art 选为“Artists To Watch”之一。IAA 会长、全球最大的艺术机构之一的人士称她为“摄影行业里最具才华的人之一”。 Florida Museum of Photographic Arts 的策展人则写道：“她拥有令人印象深刻的作品集和出色的摄影专业知识。” Adobe（Photoshop 的开发商）称赞她的作品是“惊人的概念性影像”，ScanArt International 称她为“超现实主义与概念叙事大师”。
