Impressive natural specimen of black tourmaline (Schorl) with visible green tourmaline (Verdelite) zones, originating from Brazil, one of the most important sources of high-quality tourmaline.
The specimen features well-developed prismatic crystals with strong vertical striations, typical of tourmaline. The crystal structure is clearly visible and gives the piece a strong visual impact.
A particularly attractive feature is the presence of green translucent areas, clearly visible when the specimen is backlit. This effect is caused by natural crystal zoning formed during different growth stages and is highly appreciated by collectors.
The piece is partially embedded in its original pegmatitic matrix, likely composed of quartz and feldspar, enhancing its natural and aesthetic appeal.
