ELENA PARASKEVA 曾获四个不同且具国际声望的摄影学会评为“年度摄影师”（2024/2023/2021/2018）。
她是 Hasselblad Masters、World Masters Of Photography、LensCulture、Aesthetica、Prix De La Photographie Paris 等的校友，并自2021年起担任佛州摄影艺术博物馆（FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS）的杰出评审。

她曾在布鲁塞尔的欧洲议会展出，并在纽约、巴黎、东京、伦敦、迪拜、维也纳、巴塞罗那、慕尼黑、吉隆坡（马来西亚）、佛罗伦萨、法兰克福、马拉加（西班牙）、林茨（奥地利）、格拉茨（奥地利）、锡耶纳（意大利）等地的双年展和知名画廊展出。

她的最新收藏被瑞典 Västra Götaland 政府的公共艺术部收藏。在公共机构中，最具代表性的是美国波士顿医院，在其儿童癌症病房入口处展出她的作品，规模达 500cm。
