A genuine vintage flush mount ceiling lamp manufactured by Kinkeldey Leuchten in Bad Pyrmont, Germany, in the 1970s. Kinkeldey is one of the most prestigious post-war German lighting makers and is highly sought after by collectors of West German design and Mid Century Modern lighting.

The lamp consists of 21 thick, hand-finished crystal glass elements with an intricate star-cut pattern, each individually mounted on a metal frame with round matt-chrome screws in the
centre. When lit, the faceted glass projects a beautiful shimmering star pattern onto the ceiling and walls — a true showpiece.

All 21 crystal glass elements present, no chips, no cracks (please review photos carefully — they are part of the description). Light age-related patina on the metal frame consistent with its age. Fully disassemblable for safe shipping and easy cleaning.

Electrical installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician. Bulbs not included. Wiring should be checked / re-wired to local standards in the destination country.

The lamp can be fully disassembled (each glass element unscrews individually), making safe and compact international shipping possible.
