Lovely blue-and-white Chinese porcelain tea caddy made in Jingdezhen during the Kangxi period (1662-1722). The vessel is decorated with rural landscape with fishermen. The silver mounting is a later 19th century Dutch addition. The base is unglazed.
Condition: the vase, very good; the mount, minor dents (see photographs).
