这家来自法国的奢侈集团路易威登集团（LVMH）为所有者，海拔2000至2600米的葡萄园构成了Ao Yun的基础，Ao Yun自称为“亚洲最佳红酒”并不为过。

葡萄品种同样具有浓厚的法式气质，分别为60% Cabernet Sauvignon、19% Cabernet Franc、10% Merlot、6% Syrah和5% Petit Verdot。

2020年的葡萄主要来自最高海拔的葡园，成熟期缩短至12个月，60%为橡木桶储存，其余为石缸。

然而这并未影响结果：酒体饱满、强劲，充满深红色水果风味，单宁极其细腻，还有香料、雪松木和巧克力的气息——Ao Yun 2020无缝并入世界级波尔多混酿的行列。

这是款引人入胜、深具魅力的酒。石墨、黑色笔墨、饱满的野生蓝莓、蔓越莓、荆棘莓、一丝野味的肉感……如皇家羔羊腿之类。紫罗兰、薰衣草、雪松香。我觉得在微微的克制中它的香气格外深邃而美丽，几乎带有一点 Cheval Blanc 风格的气质。入口形状与质地华丽而有建筑感，水平收紧、垂直却更延展——如斜置的菱形！初尝温润如行云，但随之而来的是明亮、动态，像是从下方被点燃的能量。清新、激动、悠长，或许是这一独特酒款有史以来最好的年份。''

The resculpting of Ao Yun over the past few years continues here, wiith medium to full intensity ruby colour coupld with nuanced fragrant spices of rosemary, bay leaf and sage that burst out of the glass. Spring flowers, turmeric, bright berry fruits and a slow and steady lift. Feels like an entirely different expression of classic Bordeaux varieties (Syrah aside) that highlights the impact of altitude, and just brings a ton of personality to the glass. Maxence Dulou winemaker. Shorter ageing also, in a bigger variety of containers - 30% new barrel, 30% neutral barrel, 40% stoneware jar for 12 months followed by 5 months in stainless steel vats. Only 59% of grape harvested entered in Ao Yun, with the rest going into the new village wines, and in this vintage 72% of the blend Ao Yun blend is from the two coolest villages of Adong (2600m) and Shuori (2500m)."
