ELENA PARASKEVA 曾被四家国际知名摄影学会评为年度摄影师（2024/2023/2021/2018）。
她是 Hasselblad Masters、World Masters of Photography、Lensculture、Aesthetica、Prix De La Photographie Paris、Der Greif 等机构的校友，并在过去五年担任佛州摄影艺术博物馆（Florida Museum of Photographic Arts）评审。

她在布鲁塞尔的欧洲议会、纽约、巴黎、东京、伦敦、迪拜、维也纳、巴塞罗那、慕尼黑、吉隆坡、佛罗伦萨、法兰克福、马拉加、林茨、格拉茨、锡耶纳等地的知名画廊和双年展中展出。
