This attractive hand-carved duck decoy is carved from a single solid piece of wood and fitted with its original lead keel weight and iron attachment. The decoy displays a beautiful aged patina and clear signs of genuine use, reflecting its history as a working hunting decoy.

Parts of the original paint remain visible. The natural age crack in the wood and the wear to the underside are consistent with its age and long-term use, adding to its authenticity and character.
