ELENA PARASKEVA 曾被四家不同的国际知名摄影协会评为年度摄影师（2024/2023/2021/2018）。
她是 Hasselblad Masters、World Masters of Photography、Lensculture、Aesthetica、Prix De La Photographie Paris、Der Greif 等组织的校友，并在过去五年中担任佛罗里达摄影艺术博物馆（FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS）的权威评审。

她曾在布鲁塞尔欧盟议会、著名画廊展出，并在纽约、巴黎、东京、伦敦、迪拜、维也纳、巴塞罗那、慕尼黑、吉隆坡（马来西亚）、佛罗伦萨、法兰克福、马拉加（西班牙）、林茨（奥地利）、格拉茨（奥地利）、锡耶纳（意大利）等地参加双年展。

她作品最近一次被瑞典 Västra Götaland 政府公共艺术部收藏。在持有她作品的公共机构中，最具代表性的是美国波士顿儿童医院，其儿童癌症病区入口处展出她的 500cm 作品。
