A shallow porcelain hanging plate decorated with a lively monkey motif in overglaze enamels. The work comes with a fitted wooden tomobako storage box and an accompanying leaflet.

About our vintage ceramics:
We mainly offer 20th-century vintage Japanese ceramics. Due to age and hand-crafted production, each piece may show natural characteristics such as crazing, glaze irregularities, kiln marks, surface wear, minor firing flaws, and age-related patina.
These characteristics are part of the nature and appeal of vintage ceramics. Any notable condition issues will be described and photographed as clearly as possible.
Use:
Vintage ceramics are generally recommended for display and collection rather than daily tableware use. If you choose to use the item, please avoid sudden temperature changes, prolonged soaking, dishwasher use, and microwave use. If you have any questions about use or care, please contact us through Catawiki messages before using the item.
