来自三得利的调合威士忌，将日本自然与匠心的和谐融于一杯。细腻而平衡的风味，既低调又复杂，由十多种麦芽和谷物威士忌共同调和，带来层次丰富的风味与香气。

组成麦芽来自三得利的两座麦芽威士忌蒸馏厂——山崎（Yamazaki）和白州（Hakushu），谷物成分来自公司的知多（Chita）蒸馏所。成立于1923年的山崎，是日本最古老的威士忌蒸馏厂。它由 Masataka Taketsuru（‘日本威士忌之父’），一位在三得利创始人鸟井信治郎四年前派往苏格兰的年轻化学家。白州由信治郎的儿子于1973年建立，是全球最大的麦芽威士忌蒸馏厂之一。生产过程与苏格兰威士忌非常相近，且在非苏格兰威士忌中风格最接近苏格兰风格。但这绝非拙劣模仿：从一开始，目标就是打造独特的日本风格。

淡琥珀色。起初散发出抛光铜色的细腻香气和淡淡的香草气息，随后发展出复杂的花香、青草、苔藓香气，随后转为清新的橡木香，变化无穷。口感出人意料地干爽，带有轻微的甜味，随后出现些许辣椒般的辛香，达到全强度时再加一点水，会变得圆润，留下一股炭烧感和橡木的余韵。
