葡萄品种：Tinta Amarela、Touriga Nacional、Tinta Barroca 与 Touriga Franca。

VINIFICATION
在收到葡萄后，运抵酒厂时保持完好状态，对葡萄进行压榨并去梗。葡萄在皮壳接触中发酵3到4天，定期进行压榨以加大色素与香味的提取。适时分离葡萄泥与葡萄皮，加入葡萄酒白兰地。酒随后在小橡木桶中陈放至多两年。最后装瓶，完成瓶中陈酿。

品尝笔记
酒体清澈，呈赭红色。香气带有红果与干果的气息，体现出瓶中陈放过程中的演变特征。口感甜美而持久，展现出酒体的积极演变。

享用建议
一支 vintages 可以独饮，但同样搭配肥美奶酪与巧克力或红果类甜点也很合适。喜爱雪茄的人士更可创造独特的品饮体验。建议饮用温度为14ºC至15ºC。

历史
Founded in 1884, Sociedade dos Vinhos Borges has a long history of making and marketing great wines. Since 1998, Borges has been part of JMV group, which is led by the Vieira family and wholly Portuguese owned. Our wines are part of an extensive portfolio that is sourced from three of Portugal's main demarcated regions, where we have our own winemaking estates. Under one roof, we bring together the versatility and uniqueness of wines from the Douro, Dão and Vinho Verde regions, the nobility of Port wines and the elegance of sparkling wines.
