ELENA PARASKEVA 是 Hasselblad Masters、World Masters of Photography、LensCulture、Aesthetica、Prix de la Photographie Paris 等机构的优秀毕业生，曾被四个国际摄影学会评为年度摄影师（2024/2023/2021/2018）。自2021年起她一直担任 FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS 的评审，并每年担任多个国际摄影比赛的评委。她曾是 Adobe 的讲师及大使。
她的作品被多家机构购买，包括瑞典 Västra Götaland 政府的公共艺术部、美国波士顿医院（儿童癌症病房入口处大型 500cm 安装）、澳大利亚国立大学、Thalassa 博物馆等。
她在布鲁塞尔的欧洲议会展出过作品，并在纽约、巴黎、东京、伦敦、迪拜、维也纳、巴塞罗那、慕尼黑、吉隆坡、佛罗伦萨、法兰克福、马拉加、林茨、格拉茨和锡耶纳等地的主要双年展与画廊展出过。
