Nice 6 bottles of 75cl of Tercet (Marc Soyard) - HcB Vin de France 2021
Very nice white wines, very good value for money
Tercet is the name of the small wine merchant business that Marc Soyard set up with two friends. The philosophy and working and winemaking methods are the same as at Domaine de la Cras, and consequently, there is also a real stylistic kinship between the wines.
Originally from the Jura region, Marc Soyard took over the management of Domaine de la Cras in 2013, located on the northern edge of the Côte de Nuits in the Dijon area. This unique estate, acquired by the Communauté d'Agglomération du Grand Dijon, covers 160 hectares, 8 of which are planted with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. The aim of this acquisition was to preserve the agglomeration's green belt and keep peri-urban agriculture alive. Greater Dijon entrusted management to the Côte-d'Or Chamber of Agriculture, which appointed Marc Soyard to run the vineyard.
Marc Soyard has a wealth of experience, acquired in particular with Jean-Yves Bizot, and converted all the vines to organic farming as soon as he arrived.
Stored in an professional cellar,
Quick shipping in secured packaging with insurance.
