The Puncheon Casks are larger than the usual ex-bourbon barrels sized at 480 litres and made of high quality American oak. Due to the larger size and hence low contact ratio of puncheons, the maturation is slower and brings about a complexity and richness which highlights the true flavours of the spirit itself.

口感：圆润温和，带有黄油糖果的尾韵
