賣家描述
「Ineiraisan」是来自日本冲绳的著名摄影师 Rikio Tsuno 的摄影集。
Born in Kaohsiung, Taiwan in 1928, he lived there until the end of World War II.
This book is a collection of his works published to commemorate the 30th anniversary of Okinawa's return to Japan.
The title comes from Junichiro Tanizaki's masterpiece "陰翳礼讃" meaning "In Praise of Shadows," and I was so moved by the passage, "...I eventually discovered beauty in shadows, and eventually came to use shadows to suit the purpose of beauty..." that I quoted it.
The book is captivating with its many profound monochrome images that resonate with the aesthetic sensibilities of traditional Japanese ink painting.
Size: 22.8 x 24 x 1 cm
Weight: 425 grams
The book is in good condition.
The item will be shipped via Japan Post or international courier with tracking.
Please note: Items are shipped from Japan. Import duties, taxes, and charges may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
