This barrel-aging process gives the beer exceptional depth and complexity, combining rich roasted malt, dark chocolate, coffee, vanilla, oak, and subtle red wine notes. Full-bodied, smooth, and well-balanced, it is an outstanding example of a barrel-aged imperial stout.
