Spain wore this style shirt during their historic UEFA Euro 2012 triumph, where they defeated Italy 4-0 in the final to retain the European Championship title. Torres scored in the final and became the first player ever to score in two different European Championship finals. He finished the tournament as top scorer with three goals and one assist.
