Koji Kasatani (born 1964) 是一位日本艺术家。
在意大利佛罗伦萨艺术学院毕业后，
我学习了意大利陶瓷技法。
回到日本后，我开始挑战自我，创作超越陶瓷界限的作品。
当我在厨房发现父亲最爱吃的香蕉废料时，我确信这就是艺术，自此我以香蕉为主题的作品创作至今约18年。
