Jan Marti was born in 1958 in Savoie, after a few brief studies and various jobs that he quickly abandoned, he devoted himself to painting. His attraction to the abstract, which he portrays as dynamic and elegant, is undeniable.
The blaze of colors and elements touches our senses and flatters our eye. In his work, beauty is naturally suggested.
As passionate about painting as about visual art, he increasingly dedicates himself to this discipline!
With a gemology background from the ING (Institut National de Gemmologie de Paris) and a lifelong passion for precious stones, he sometimes embellishes his sculptures with gemstones.
Jan Marti participates in numerous exhibitions and private collections in France and abroad.
