Rare Thwaites & Reed 1975 Shperiod weight clock.

Clock number 223, in a limited world edition of only 1000 clocks

Clock works solely on gravity with the balls slowly moving down the paddlewheel so providing the force for the clock. It has no key and no winder. With spheres powered by single train movement. The balls fall from the paddlewheel onto the base and when several have collected they can be replaced on the top rack. Mahogany base. The clock has 34 balls.
