Original vintage **Pocher K76 Bugatti Type 50T** in 1:8 scale, finished in the distinctive black and yellow colour scheme with brown interior.
This model comes from the private collection of my late father, who was a dedicated Pocher enthusiast and personally built all seven models in his collection by hand for his own enjoyment. He was a hobby builder rather than a professional model maker, so the cars retain the individual character of enthusiast-built vintage Pochers.
This is an especially imposing model, with the long Bugatti bonnet, enclosed coupé bodywork, twin rear-mounted spare wheels and extensive chrome detailing giving it considerable presence.
The model is complete to the best of my knowledge and has no known broken, loose or missing parts. The bodywork, doors, glazing, interior, wheels, spare wheels, engine compartment, suspension, drivetrain, exhaust system, lighting and exterior trim all appear intact.
The bonnet opens to reveal the highly detailed Bugatti engine, with extensive pipework, wiring and mechanical components. The photographs also show the substantial underside construction, including the complete chassis, drivetrain, suspension, exhaust and associated mechanical linkages.
The interior is equally detailed, with upholstered seating, door trim, dashboard instrumentation, steering wheel, controls and carpeted floor. The doors open to provide a clear view of the cabin.
The model shows light age- and storage-related wear, surface dust and minor marks consistent with a vintage hand-built display model. Some ageing and surface crazing is visible in the painted finish, particularly on the yellow body panels, and is clearly shown in the photographs.
It has deliberately not been polished, restored, repainted or otherwise improved prior to sale. The model is being offered exactly as it has survived from 2003 rather than cosmetically altered or refinished.
The model has remained within the family since my father passed away in 2016.
This is the **sixth of seven Pocher models from the same private collection**, all built by the same enthusiast and now being offered individually.
Due to the age and complexity of hand-built Pocher models, absolute completeness of every microscopic individual component cannot be guaranteed, although no missing or broken parts are known.
**Sold as seen in the photographs, which form an integral part of the description; the model is offered as-is in its present, unrestored condition.**
