"It remains 12 months in wooden tanks until the malolactic fermentation is complete and rests before being racked for later consumption. Aging. The wine matures for 36 months in semi-new 225-litre barrels, 70% American oak and 30% French. Bottled in March 1975. Depending on the vintage, it rests between 48 and 100 months in the winery's cellars before ageing. for marketing at the end of
the 1970s.
Bottles carefully stored and preserved in a cellar at a constant temperature. However, given the nature of the product and its age, we DO NOT guarantee its optimal conditions for consumption.
