Vinification
After hand-harvesting, the Arneis grapes undergo a 48-hour cold skin maceration, followed by spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. 手工采收后，Arneis 葡萄进行 48 小时冷浸皮，然后由本地酵母进行自然发酵。The wine is then aged for 4 to 5 months in used French oak barrels, adding complexity without sacrificing freshness. 之后在使用过的法国产橡木桶中陈酿4到5个月，增加层次感，同时保持新鲜感。
