A charming silver miniature figurine depicting a seated hunting dog or greyhound, finely modelled with particularly attractive naturalistic detail.
The animal is represented in an alert seated pose, with its head raised and front legs extended. The surface is carefully worked to reproduce the texture of the coat, while the facial features, ears, paws and body have been individually defined.
A particularly appealing detail is the collar around the dog's neck, adding character and realism to this small sculptural piece.
Despite its small dimensions, the figurine has a very expressive appearance and displays fine craftsmanship throughout.
