I'm offering here a rare pair of sculptural ceramic vases designed by Gerald and Gotlind Weigel, renowned German studio ceramic artists.
Produced in the late 20th century (circa 1980s–1990s), these vases reflect a strong modernist / minimalist aesthetic with architectural, almost totem-like forms.

The design is defined by clean geometric lines, subtle relief details, and a restrained, matte dark glaze that emphasizes form over decoration. * I would like to point out that the items I am selling are several decades old and therefore show general signs of use and age, such as minor scratches, scuffs, discoloration, dust, patina, chips, dents etc.

The vases will be properly prepared for the shipping ( mainly recycled materials ) and sent insured ( up to 500€ ).

IMPORTANT:
If, however, the item is damaged or lost, please contact me via the internal Catawiki chat.
According to EU law for courier companies, in any case of damage to an international shipment, the first step in obtaining compensation is for the RECIPIENT to report the damage to their local supplier within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Only then, after the RECIPENT ( you ) receives a certificate of damage, I as the sender can claim compensation.
In addition, the following photos will be required: the damage to the item, the outside of the box with the shipping label, and the inside of the box including the materials used to protect the shipment.
