Pétrus é um dos vinhos mais lendários e procurados do mundo. Produzido no planalto de Pomerol, o seu terroir singular de argila azul confere ao vinho profundidade, textura e uma identidade absolutamente distinta.

A colheita de 2016 é 100% Merlot. O vinho estagiou durante 18 meses em barricas de carvalho francês, 50% das quais novas.

Apresenta fruta negra intensa e pura, ameixa, cereja, violeta, trufa, chocolate negro, alcaçuz e notas minerais. Na boca é poderoso e simultaneamente sedoso, com taninos extremamente finos, enorme concentração, equilíbrio e um final extraordinariamente longo.

An exceptional lot of three bottles of Pétrus 2016, presented in its original three-bottle wooden case — OWC3.

Pétrus is one of the world's most legendary and sought-after wines. Produced on the Pomerol plateau, its remarkable blue-clay terroir gives the wine extraordinary depth, texture and a truly distinctive identity.

The 2016 vintage is 100% Merlot. The wine was aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, 50% of them new.

It displays intense and pure black fruit, plum, cherry, violet, truffle, dark chocolate, liquorice and mineral notes. The palate is powerful yet remarkably silky, with extremely fine tannins, tremendous concentration, balance and an exceptionally long finish.
