Constantine X and Eudocia; 1059-1067 AD. Constantinople, Follis, 6.8g. Sear-1853, DO-8.
Obv: +EMMA - NOVH? around, IC - XC across field, Christ standing facing on footstool, wearing halo with cross and holding book of Gospels with both hands. Rx: +KWN T ?K EV?? AVGO Eudocia on l. and Constantine on r. standing facing, holding between them labarum with cross on shaft, resting on three steps. Overstruck on an earlier anonymous follis.
