Elena Paraskeva 的作品被多家机构与企业收藏，包括瑞典公共艺术部（ Västra Götaland 政府）、美国波士顿医院（在儿童癌症病房入口处设有一个 500 cm 的装置）、Australian National University、Thalassa Museum、Affinity（Serif）等，以及其它机构与企业收藏。
