Doxa Conquistador Automatic Day-Date Vintage Men’s Watch – Excellent Condition!
Doxa Conquistador Automatic Day-Date vintage men’s watch in excellent condition!
Its automatic movement, which can also be hand-wound via the crown, works perfectly and runs accurately – its daily accuracy is around half a minute.
Virtually flawless, scratch- and wear-free chrome case, with only one minimal pin-sized blemish on the front of the case, directly next to the crystal below the 7 o’clock index.
Beautiful silky-finish dial with a distinctive, factory-applied horizontal striped finish. A minimal, small spot near the edge of the dial, next to the 10 o’clock index, barely visible.
The finely executed bands display subtly different shades depending on the angle of the light and viewing angle, giving the dial exceptional depth and an elegant play of light.
Applied silver-tone indices and hands with black inserts, complemented by a black central seconds hand. Day-Date window at the 3 o’clock position.
Two-position crown with quick-set day and date function. Both the day and date mechanisms work perfectly: they change correctly not only when using the quick-set function via the crown, but also during normal operation of the watch, with the calendar advancing flawlessly around midnight.
Signed stainless steel caseback with surface scratches–hairline scratches from normal use.
Scratch-free acrylic crystal!
