[Appearance]

The microphone presents very nicely, with its distinctive wide stereo capsule housing, fine black metal grille and understated matte-black body.

There are some light marks, tiny scratches and normal signs of handling visible on the body and around the microphone housing. However, the finish remains attractive overall, and the printed Audio-Technica BP4025 and “MADE IN JAPAN” markings remain clearly visible.

The 5-pin XLR connector appears clean in the photos, with its contact pins present. The grille also appears well preserved without obvious major deformation.

The included furry windscreen shows some signs of use, but it retains its full shape and gives the set that rather pleasing “ready for the next field recording” character.
