最近荣誉——2026 国际摄影奖（IPA，Lucie 基金会），全球领先的国际摄影比赛之一：展览年度最佳作品—在纽约市、巴黎、布达佩斯与雅典的 Lucie Galleries 展出。

Elena Paraskeva 的作品被纳入多家机构与企业收藏，包括瑞典公共艺术部（ Västra Götaland 政府）、美国波士顿医院（儿童癌症病房入口处的 500 cm 大型装置）、澳大利亚国立大学、Thalassa 博物馆、Affinity（Serif），以及其他机构与企业收藏。
