**IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR EU BUYERS (Effective from July 2026)**

Please note that the European Union is scheduled to introduce new customs regulations from July 2026.

Under these new rules, the customs duty exemption for low-value imports (previously applicable to shipments valued at €150 or less) is expected to be abolished. As a result, additional customs duties and customs clearance-related fees may be charged upon import, even for low-value purchases.

VAT is generally collected at the time of purchase under the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) system. However, under the new EU regulations, customs authorities and shipping carriers may still require payment of additional customs duties and customs clearance or duty advancement fees upon import.

When shipped via "DHL Express", buyers may be required to pay:

• Customs duty (currently expected to be approximately €3.00 per applicable HS code)
• DHL customs advancement or customs clearance fees (typically around €15.00, depending on the destination country and carrier)

Our shipments are sent under "DAP (Delivered At Place)" terms. Therefore, any import duties, customs charges, taxes, customs clearance fees, or carrier-related administrative fees that may arise are the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be paid directly to the carrier or the relevant authorities when requested.

As we already provide "free international shipping" to help reduce your overall import costs, we kindly ask buyers to fulfill these import-related payment obligations and promptly complete any required payment to ensure successful delivery and acceptance of the shipment.

By placing a bid or purchasing this item, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any import-related charges that may be imposed by customs authorities or the shipping carrier. If you do not agree with these conditions, please refrain from bidding or purchasing.

These charges are determined by customs authorities and shipping carriers and are beyond the control of both the seller and Catawiki. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
