Chinese hand-painted ginger pot with fine cream-colored craquelé glaze and a continuous polychrome military scene featuring riders, warriors, banners, weapons and stylized mountain/camp landscape.
Central to the piece is a striking bearded general on a white horse, holding aloft in his raised hand a black, clearly segmented melee weapon.
