Shipping
All parcels are fully insured against loss and damage. Worldwide shipping, by pallet where size requires it. Customs and import duties are the buyer's responsibility. Surcharges may apply for remote destinations and for pallet delivery to apartments.
Mining & Preparation
We work directly with mining operations in Brazil and Uruguay. Geodes of this type are fitted with a concrete backing during preparation — standard practice in the mineral trade. The material comes out of the ground fragile, and the backing stabilises the geode so it can be cut, shipped and displayed upright. Minor chips, fissures and professional repairs are inherent to the material, as it is a natural stone.
