Elegant set of twelve Wilton Ware plates, produced in Staffordshire, England during the Art Deco period.

The set consists of:

6 dinner plates – diameter 26 cm, height 3 cm
6 luncheon/salad plates – diameter 23 cm

The plates feature a striking cobalt blue border decorated with colourful fruit garlands and delicate scrollwork, creating a refined and timeless English table setting. The combination of deep blue, polychrome fruit decoration and subtle gilded details is characteristic of the decorative ceramics produced in England during the interwar years.

Condition:
The set is in good vintage condition with light signs of age and use consistent with its age. One of the 23 cm plates has a very small rim chip, visible in the photographs. No major cracks or restorations observed.

A beautiful and decorative matching service, suitable both for use and display, and an attractive example of English Art Deco tableware.
