{“The cylindrical body is finished in a rich cobalt blue and decorated with finely applied white neoclassical figures, putti, trees, flowers and foliage arranged in a continuous scene. The barrel is fitted with an EPNS rim and base, swing handle and removable cover, and stands on three ball feet.”}

筒身呈现富丽的钴蓝色，表面点缀以细致的白色新古典人物、小天使、树木、花卉与枝叶，连成一幅连续场景。桶身配有 EPNS 镀镍银边缘与底座、摆柄、可拆盖，并以三个圆球形底脚支撑。

“*The metal mount is stamped EPNS, while the jasperware body bears the period incised WEDGWOOD mark to the base. Wedgwood did not manufacture its own silver-plated mounts, instead sourcing such fittings from specialist manufacturers in the principal centres of the British silver trade, particularly Sheffield and Birmingham.*”

“A decorative example of Victorian Wedgwood, retaining strong colour and finely detailed applied decoration. The jasperware has several old cracks and a small chip at the upper rim, as clearly shown in the photographs.”

“Despite the cracking, the body remains stable and the piece is structurally sound, presenting very well overall. The principal figures and relief decoration remain crisp and attractive, while the EPNS mounts show surface wear and patination consistent with age.”

尽管有裂纹，桶身仍然稳固，整体结构完好，外观仍然相当出色。主要人物与浮雕装饰依旧清晰且具有吸引力；EPNS 镶件表面有磨损与随年龄而产生的包浆。
