此次拍卖的是托马斯·沃尔夫（Thomas Wolfe）备受赞誉的处女作《Look Homeward, Angel: A Story of the Buried Life》的复刻版印刷本，由Charles Scribner's Sons在纽约于1930年出版。

Offered for auction is a vintage printing of Thomas Wolfe's acclaimed debut novel, Look Homeward, Angel: A Story of the Buried Life, published by Charles Scribner's Sons in New York, 1930. As indicated on the copyright page, this volume represents a print from the early sequence of the book, following its initial publication in October 1929 with subsequent reprintings leading to March 1930. The book is bound in its original publisher's cloth and maintains the classic interior typography characteristic of early Scribner editions. The pages show an authentic, warm age-toning consistent with a book from this era, preserving its historic charm. The volume does not include a dust jacket and exhibits moderate, honest wear appropriate for a nearly century-old book, making it a wonderful and tangible piece of classic American literary history for collectors.
