Corte Majoli Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore D.O.C. is an organic red wine from the Valpantena area near Verona, made from Corvina and Rondinella grapes. Following the initial fermentation, the wine undergoes a secondary fermentation on Amarone pomace using the traditional *Ripasso* method, gaining greater depth, structure, and complexity without sacrificing freshness. It is then aged in the cellar for 18 months. Bright ruby red in color, it offers aromas of ripe blackberry, clove, tobacco, and licorice.
