Colour: Dark amber with coppery glow and mahogany edges.
Nose: Aromas of coffee and walnut sponge cake, dried fruit, maltloaf, buttered toast with Nutella, apricot jam.
Palate: A mellow, creamy palate with gentle Sherry oak, unfolding praline, frangipane, ginger biscuits and buttery malt loaf.
Finish: Apricot jam on buttery brown bread, with coffee and walnut, silky almond milk, and a late-ginger spice lingering.
