Beautiful pair of classical French Empire / Neoclassical style curtain holdbacks crafted from heavy, high-quality cast brass with a warm antique gilt/bronze finish.
The front bands feature an elegant openwork relief depicting highly detailed oak leaves, acorns, and crossed crisscross ribbon borders. Designed to frame a window beautifully, the curved "C" shape holds drapery neatly against the wall and secures via a standard sliding slot mechanism at the rear.
The styling beautifully echoes historic French chateau window hardware, bringing an understated touch of Hollywood Regency or Neoclassical luxury to classic and contemporary interiors alike.
• Material: Heavy Cast Brass / Gilt Bronze finish
• Pattern: Neoclassical Oak Leaves, Acorns, & Geometric Ribbons
• Dimensions: Approx. 18 cm (Length) x 9 cm (Depth) x 6 cm (Height)
• Condition: Excellent vintage/antique condition with a beautiful natural age patina, minor superficial oxidation, and faint surface wear consistent with age and use. Completely sturdy and fully functional. No structural damage or cracks.
