A rare collector’s item with a strong historical character, this military table lighter made in the renowned “Trench Art” style is an authentic souvenir from the First World War (or immediately post-war, ca. 1914–1920).

The object is assembled in the form of a solid brass projectile/shell, mounted on a stable circular foot, ideal for a desk or display case.

Brand Ignition Mechanism: The upper ignition insert is original and bears the marking clearly stamped on the wheel: “FLAMIDOR PARIS” — one of the most famous French lighter brands of the era (founded by Janvier Quercia).

Spectacular Heraldic Elements: The body of the lighter is decorated with a three-dimensional brass military emblem, representing an Imperial Eagle with outstretched wings, perched on a closed Royal Crown. The design is of German/Prussian imperial influence (specific to elite units or Pickelhaube helmets).
