Detailed description:

The Montblanc Great Characters Jimi Hendrix Fountain Pen, launched in 2022 with homage to the legendary 20th-century electric guitarist. The collection is instantly recognizable for its intricate design elements directly inspired by Jimi Hendrix's musical legacy, guitars, and equipment.

1. Special Edition (Standard)

• Aesthetic: A contrasting off-white and black design. The off-white precious resin cap mirrors the famous 1968 Olympic White Fender Stratocaster Hendrix played at Woodstock, textured with a pattern inspired by his guitar straps.
• Body Details: The black precious resin barrel is engraved with a grooved pattern meant to mimic a WAH-WAH effect pedal.
• Hardware: Features a platinum-coated clip angled to resemble a guitar's vibrato/tremolo bar and a barrel ring shaped like a 1960s guitar jack plug.
• Nib: Handcrafted 14K rhodium-coated solid gold nib engraved with a detailed portrait of Jimi Hendrix.
